- Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, masonry work, drywall installation, and other related tasks
- Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
Skills
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and perform dimensional measurements accurately
- Knowledge of framing carpentry including woodworking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, roofing, siding, and stucco application
- Experience operating heavy equipment safely on construction sites
- Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks consistently
- Familiarity with restoration projects and remodeling processes within construction environments
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations in construction planning
