We are looking for a reliable Customer sales representative. They will undertake Administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrator include payroll, knowledge of quick books, Coordinating work trucks, ordering supplies for worker, dealing with supply houses. They will be self-motivated and trust worthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company's office and fleet.
Responsibilities
-Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
-Create and update records
-full tracking system for plumbers on road
-Create spread sheets, know the day to day sales through programs we invest
-Assist Colleagues whenever necessary
-customer service Rep (CSR)
-Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand
-Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business
-Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
