Dispatcher/Customer Service

A-1 Towing Service is a family owned towing company that has been doing business for twenty years in the Lehigh Valley area. We are seeking the right candidate to fill a full-time position as an in-house dispatcher that exhibits team work and excellent customer service. This position offers critical support to the drivers of the company and contributes to our success. We are looking for the right candidate that is pleasant and energetic for our office environment.

Job requirements include, but not limited to:

• Provide customer service
• Process in coming and place out bound phone calls
• Radio dispatch for multiple trucks at one time
• Full fill orders and service requests
• Must be able to multi task
• On-line GPS mapping and tracking
• Seek information and be resourceful
• Provide driver support
• Assist front counter
• Effectively communicate with vendors and customers with a positive and friendly attitude

Minimum Requirements...

• Able to pass a back ground check
• No felonies within 10 years
• No misdemeanors within the last five years

Experience:

• Multi-Line Phone System: 1 year (Required)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
• Dispatch: 1 year (Required)
• Tow Dispatching: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
