Contract Period: 6 months with potential to extend
Pay Rate: $23 per hour
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Location Type: Hybrid; 4 days on site
Business Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
- Performs various administrative tasks involved in servicing Loans.
- Performs routine administrative tasks exercising some judgment and discretion in the performance of duties usually in support of a single unit or team within Loan Operations Tasks are varied and are usually performed independently within standard policies and procedures.
- May review work of others to ensure accurate processing.
- May perform preliminary research on suspicious items and reports findings to appropriate resource to help prevent fraudulent activities.
- May make entries in general ledger related to paperwork and information processed.
- May approve and review general ledger entries and/or invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- May provide input and assistance to management in developing and maintaining budget as requested.
- May identify, audit, and investigate departmental discrepancies.
- Responds to basic and moderately complex inquiries and issues from Customers and internal units.
- Research information to provide responses and resolution.
- May contact Customers to explain items affecting their accounts.
- Follows up with branches and other units to resolve discrepancies and Customer issues.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of Banking/ Financial institute experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365- Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Communication skills- written and verbal.
- Multitasking and Prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Organization skills required.
- Loans experience.
