VP of Fund Accounting

This executive-level role is ideal for a 10 year experienced professional with deep expertise in fund operations, financial reporting, and investor relations across multiple funds and business lines. Responsibilities

• Lead all financial and operational aspects of fund accounting for multiple funds
• Interpret complex legal documents including partnership and lender agreements
• Ensure compliance with partnership agreements and GAAP/IFRS standards
• Oversee quarterly and annual reporting, NAV/GAV calculations, and investor notices
• Manage external audits and fund administrator relationships
• Support tax compliance including K-1s, REIT dividends, and foreign withholdings
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Drive process improvements and explore automation and AI integration
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the fund accounting team

• 10–15 years of private equity fund accounting experience (real estate preferred)
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and investment accounting
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities
