Training Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated Training Coordinator to join our client's team in Knoxville, Tennessee. In this contract-to-permanent position, you will play a vital role in training new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles. This position requires expertise in medical coding and terminology, along with the ability to deliver training to diverse audiences in an engaging and effective manner.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new team members, focusing on medical coding, billing, and practice management systems.

• Develop and maintain training materials tailored to different learning styles and needs.

• Conduct onboarding sessions, ensuring new employees are familiar with organizational processes and tools.

• Audit training effectiveness and make improvements based on feedback and observed outcomes.

• Track employee progress toward training goals and provide support as needed.

• Utilize CPT, ICD-10, and other medical coding standards to ensure accuracy in training content.

• Present information clearly and professionally to groups of varying sizes and backgrounds.

• Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance training strategies and materials.

• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate relevant updates into training programs.

• Foster an environment that prioritizes superior customer service and operational excellence.

• At least 1 year of experience in a training or instructional role.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, CPT codes, and ICD-10 standards.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with practice management systems and medical billing processes.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
