Systems Engineer

Robert Half is seeking a mid-level Systems Engineer to deliver technical solutions across infrastructure, cloud, and networking domains for our Managed Services client. This role involves project execution, reactive support, and ownership of complex deployments and escalations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee deployments of servers, network devices, and cloud infrastructure.
• Set up and migrate Microsoft 365 tools, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Implement and troubleshoot firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Handle escalated technical challenges and align with senior engineers on system architecture.
• Guide junior team members and help update operational processes and documentation.
• Support client-facing projects and promote ongoing improvements.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience in IT with expertise in infrastructure, cloud, and networking.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and network systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and independent project execution skills.
• Previous experience in IT Managed Services is preferred.
