Systems Administrator

We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Carrollton, Texas. This role is essential for maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365 systems, Windows environments, network hardware, and specialized organizational tools. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of both independent work and collaboration within a team setting.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, licensing, and user account administration.
• Handle on-premises Active Directory and hybrid identity management using Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Administer the DMSi Agility system and coordinate vendor support for system-related issues.
• Provide Tier 1–2 helpdesk support for end users, addressing hardware/software issues, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and resolve issues with network equipment, such as Meraki, Palo Alto, and Fortinet devices.
• Assist with endpoint compliance and device management through Microsoft Intune.
• Document processes, propose infrastructure improvements, and contribute to IT projects.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of IT systems and services.
• Monitor and address system performance, security, and reliability.
• Participate in after-hours support and on-call duties as needed.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in system and network administration roles.
• Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365 tools and Windows infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in technical support within helpdesk or desktop environments.
• Solid knowledge of networking concepts, including VLANs and device configuration.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting, Intune, or specialized systems such as DMSi Agility is a plus.
• Preferred certifications include CompTIA Network , Security , or Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate.
• Additional certifications in Cisco, Meraki, or Ubiquiti technologies are advantageous.
