What's the Job?
- Manage and support the SAP Fieldglass platform, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving Tier 2 system-related issues.
- Collaborate with SAP support teams to escalate and resolve tickets efficiently.
- Oversee user roles, permissions, and access requests in compliance with policies.
- Support supplier onboarding and monitor system performance, communicating maintenance activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience administering SAP Fieldglass or similar VMS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of contingent workforce and SOW lifecycle processes.
- Experience with compliance, access management, and audit protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

- Exposure to SAP Ariba administration through cross-training.
