The ideal candidate will have a background in ERP systems, financial systems, and project management practices. This role requires hands-on experience with ERP implementation, upgrades, and integrations, as well as a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time, within scope, and budget.Key Responsibilities: • Project Management:o Plan, execute, and deliver ERP and financial system projects, including system implementations, migrations, upgrades, and integrations.o Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.o Track project progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to resolve challenges proactively.o Document and monitor project deliverables, ensuring milestone completion and quality standards. • Stakeholder Management:o Collaborate with finance teams, IT staff, and external vendors to gather requirements and align on project goals.o Provide stakeholders with regular updates, performance reports, and dashboards to promote transparency and accountability.o Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution. • System and Data Expertise:o Oversee ERP configuration and ensure optimal system functionality for business operations.o Partner with finance teams to evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.o Work with technical teams to optimize data flows, reporting capabilities, and integrations with other business platforms.
