Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain supply chain plans to ensure optimal inventory levels and forecast accuracy.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for improving planning processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, engineering, and procurement, to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
• Utilize ERP systems, such as SAP R/3, to manage and monitor supply chain activities effectively.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations using tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau to support decision-making.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to the leadership team for continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation of mitigation strategies to address potential supply chain risks.
• Assist in the development of project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of supply chain initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Ensure compliance with supply chain agreements and policies to maintain operational excellence.
• Proven experience in supply chain management, planning, or related field.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP R/3, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Familiarity with planning processes, forecasting techniques, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with tools like Tableau for data visualization and KPI tracking.
• Knowledge of project management principles and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English and a strong understanding of supply chain agreements and compliance standards.
