We’re looking for a Supply & Allocation Analyst to join our US Supply Chain team for a 6 month contract. In this role, you’ll ensure the right mix and quantity of products are in the right place at the right time. You’ll analyze supply data, manage allocation across Retail and Builder channels, and help mitigate inventory risks while supporting initiatives that enhance forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and supply routing.

You’ll analyze supply data, manage allocation across Retail and Builder channels, and help mitigate inventory risks while supporting initiatives that enhance forecast accuracy, inventory levels, and supply routing.
You Will
- Analyze supply to identify and manage inventory requiring allocation.
- Monitor inventory and in-transit supply, providing accurate ETA updates to internal teams and customers.
- Report on stock availability against forecast and signal future availability.
- Investigate supply risks and root causes, recommending actions to address gaps or excess supply.
- Review manufacturing and shipping lead times to improve business rule accuracy and optimize inventory holding.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making.
- Partner with Commercial and Builder Sales teams to ensure stock levels meet key project timelines and customer needs.
- Collaborate with Sales and Global Supply Chain to resolve inventory issues and support process improvements.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at reducing excess, obsolete, and aged inventory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory planning, allocation, or supply chain analytics.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, allocation, demand planning, and logistics processes, including KPIs and best practices.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards/Oracle preferred).
- Familiarity with Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and locations.
- APICS certification (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Background in manufacturing or distribution inventory management preferred.
