Responsibilities:
• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
• Manage general ledger accounts and perform regular reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Support month-end close activities, including preparing financial reports and schedules.
• Conduct account analyses to resolve discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting workflows and improve efficiency.
• Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and supporting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Monitor financial transactions to identify and address any inconsistencies.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in journal entries, general ledger management, and reconciliations.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
