• Oversee and optimize project workflows using tools like Smartsheet, Asana, and Jira to maintain efficiency and transparency.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring deliverables remain within defined parameters.
• Develop and maintain governance processes to enable smooth execution and collaboration across teams.
• Provide clear, actionable communication to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, throughout the program lifecycle.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks, ensuring continuity in project delivery and adherence to timelines.
• Manage resource allocation effectively to meet project demands and avoid bottlenecks.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of marketing channels, including digital, media, web, and content, to inform program strategies.
• Deliver comprehensive reports and insights on project performance, including burn rate and scope management.
• Ensure compliance with industry-specific requirements, particularly in healthcare or other regulated sectors.Seeking
