We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our client's technology team. This role is key to ensuring the reliability and performance of our network infrastructure, with a special focus on diagnosing and resolving complex videoconferencing call issues. The ideal candidate will be an expert in root cause analysis, have strong troubleshooting capabilities, and possess broad experience across standard network engineering responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Lead the root cause analysis and resolution of advanced network and videoconferencing issues, working across platforms such as Zoom, Teams, Webex, and similar technologies.Diagnose, resolve, and prevent recurring call quality and connectivity issues impacting videoconferencing and collaboration systems.Design, implement, and maintain local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN, WLAN), including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.Monitor network performance, analyze trends, and proactively address potential bottlenecks.Develop and maintain technical documentation for network architecture, configuration, and incident resolution.Collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to drive effective problem resolution for business-critical network incidents.Stay current with industry best practices and emerging network technologies to enhance infrastructure resilience and support digital collaboration initiatives.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and support personnel.
