We are looking for a skilled Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Zeeland, Michigan. This role involves managing financial processes with precision and ensuring compliance in areas such as cash flow forecasting, tariff analysis, bank reconciliation, and inventory reconciliation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail while working effectively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform detailed inventory reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Track and analyze cash flow using Excel, providing actionable insights to support financial planning.
• Handle customer invoicing with attention to detail and ensure timely processing.
• Monitor and address complexities related to tariffs, including tracking the origin of parts and ensuring proper inclusion.
• Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise to manage and maintain financial records.
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers to oversee import and distribution processes.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all financial transactions and reporting.
• Support the team during maternity leave coverage by backfilling responsibilities as needed.
• Strong proficiency in inventory reconciliation and monthly bank reconciliation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to track and manage cash flow using Excel.
• Familiarity with tariff regulations and their impact on financial processes.
• Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise for financial record management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with manufacturing and distribution partners.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support team needs during coverage periods.
