What You’ll Do:
- Handle complex account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Manage bank and balance sheet reconciliations for multiple clients.
- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy across transactions.
- Prepare and post journal entries to support month-end and year-end closes.
- Contribute to client financial reporting, providing meaningful insights.
- Use tools like Excel, NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP to streamline client workflows.
- Partner with internal teams to uphold accounting standards and improve processes.
What You Bring:
- Strong experience in general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas).
- Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple client relationships.
