Responsibilities:• Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.• Prepare and post journal entries in alignment with established accounting practices.• Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from expected financial outcomes.• Generate and analyze financial reports to support strategic decision-making.• Manage month-end closing processes to guarantee timely and accurate reporting.• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.• Perform bank reconciliations to validate financial transactions and balances.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits and financial reviews.• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
