We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Accountant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices and a proven ability to manage various financial tasks efficiently.Responsibilities:• Participate in the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial data.• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure all transactions are properly recorded.• Prepare and post journal entries with precision to support accurate financial reporting.• Perform account reconciliations to ensure consistency and resolve discrepancies.• Conduct bank reconciliations to verify and align financial records with bank statements.• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management review.• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries.
