Software Developer

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Software Developer to join our team in Irvine, California. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Salesforce development projects, focusing on creating custom solutions and enhancing user experiences. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement custom solutions on Salesforce, specializing in Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and architects, to design user-focused features.
• Manage continuous integration and deployment processes using tools like GitHub.
• Create and refine Lightning Web Components, Apex code, and other declarative tools.
• Leverage AI-based development tools to improve coding efficiency and testing accuracy.
• Support packaging and deployment strategies across different environments.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions to maintain high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues through bug fixes, refactoring, and performance optimization.
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with GitHub and Salesforce packaging strategies.
• Knowledge of AI-driven development tools and modern software practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Previous experience with agile methodologies and tools like Atlassian Jira.
• Salesforce Platform Developer certification is preferred but not required.
• Background in backend development, API integration, and bug tracking systems.
