Social Creative Manager

• Develop and implement creative social media strategies tailored to specific platforms, including TikTok and Instagram.
• Oversee the creation and execution of paid social campaigns to maximize engagement and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
• Lead art direction for visual content, ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging.
• Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in social media to drive innovation.
• Manage relationships with external partners and influencers to amplify campaign reach.
• Create detailed reports on campaign results and share key learnings with stakeholders.
• Foster a creative environment that encourages experimentation and fresh ideas.
• Ensure all social media activities comply with relevant guidelines and best practices.
• Proven experience in social media management, including strategy development and execution.
• Expertise in managing paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant social media channels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead art direction for visually compelling content.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess campaign performance and derive insights.
