Site Based Learning Specialist

We are looking for a meticulous Site Based Learning Specialist to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a critical role in researching, organizing, and managing data to support higher education initiatives. Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive research to collect detailed information on various site locations, including addresses and credentials.
• Accurately input data into databases and spreadsheets, following organizational guidelines and formats.
• Review and validate collected data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with team members to refine metrics and improve data collection processes.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint tools to organize, store, and manage documentation effectively.
• Implement strategies for efficient data entry and information management.
• Provide feedback on current data collection methods and suggest improvements.
• Monitor and maintain data consistency while adhering to project timelines.
• Generate reports and summaries to present collected data for decision-making purposes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and address any discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
• Strong research skills with the ability to gather and analyze information.
• Demonstrated ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry.
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to develop and implement strategies for data collection and management.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Previous experience in higher education or related field is preferred.
