Sr. ServiceNow Developer
- Work with BA's and stakeholders to understand and recommend solutions to meet business requirements
- Develop new and update existing workflows, forms, integrations, reports, dashboards and process automation
- Tool capability requires use of modern development tools and techniques including; ServiceNow Workflow, Flow Designer, Integration HUB, REST API, JavaScript and other web-based protocols and standards (HTML, CSS, JSON, SOAP, REST, XML)
Qualifications:
- Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of ServiceNow development for a large company utilizing ITSM, CMDB and SecOps Modules (SIR and VR).
- Experience building ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
- In depth understanding of ServiceNow Workflows, Business Rules, Integration HUB and REST APIs
- Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (HTML, CSS, JSON, SOAP, REST, XML)
Certifications
Certified as ServiceNow – System Administrator (CSA) - Required
Certified as ServiceNow – Application Developer (CAD)- Nice to have
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
