Senior Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives within the Digital and Technology category. Involves collaboration with multiple departments, including IT, Legal, and Finance, to drive impactful results. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in negotiating technology agreements, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing contracts to deliver significant savings and value.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key Digital and Technology categories, including enterprise applications, cloud services, and business applications.

• Lead contract negotiations with global technology providers, such as Microsoft, Oracle, Salesforce, Adobe, and other industry-specific software suppliers.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities through demand management, contract optimization, and strategic supplier engagement.

• Serve as the primary liaison for commercial and business terms between suppliers and internal departments, including procurement, legal, security, and risk management.

• Manage supplier relationships and mediate high-level issues to ensure effective problem resolution.

• Analyze spend data to uncover opportunities for cost reduction and maintain market and product knowledge documentation.

• Collaborate with global sourcing teams to aggregate data and develop strategies at both local and international levels.

• Operate independently to achieve strategic objectives and drive sourcing initiatives with minimal supervision.

• Support other procurement-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of sourcing experience, with at least 6 years in technology product sourcing and category management.
• Proven ability to negotiate multi-year contracts with service providers and manage outsourced vendor relationships.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, enterprise applications, and global software agreements.
• Certifications such as C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. are preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in supplier relationship management, contract optimization, and problem resolution.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment and coordinate strategies with international colleagues.
• Solid analytical skills for identifying cost reduction opportunities and maintaining detailed market knowledge.
