Robert Half Legal is partnering with an industry-leading global energy production company headquartered in the west suburbs who is looking to hire a Senior Paralegal - Corporate Governance with at least 5-10 years of experience to join their in-house legal department. The Senior Paralegal - Corporate Governance will directly support the Deputy General Counsel and the legal department as a whole while handling the below responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have prior public company corporate governance experience including managing all board of directors responsibilities, global subsidiary management, and corporate & SEC related filings. The salary for this position is between $110-135K plus a 10% bonus target, and the company offers a flexible hybrid WFH schedule (2 days WFH per week).
