Senior HR Generalist

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will oversee key HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, while fostering a positive workplace culture. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR specialist with a passion for collaboration and a proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of HR administration, including maintaining employee records, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Lead the management of employee benefits, with a focus on executing Open Enrollment processes accurately and effectively.
• Serve as a primary resource for employee relations, addressing concerns effectively and promoting an inclusive workplace.
• Facilitate clear and consistent internal communication to ensure alignment between teams and leadership.
• Drive initiatives that enhance organizational culture, reinforcing company values and team unity.
• Utilize HR systems like Bamboo and Maxwell Health to manage processes and ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
• Support payroll processes by coordinating with finance teams and ensuring accurate data management in Paychex.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, ideally within small to mid-sized organizations.
• Demonstrated expertise in benefits administration and coordinating Open Enrollment processes.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and approachable demeanor.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Bamboo, Maxwell Health, and Paychex.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and adaptable environment.
• Availability to work in-office on days when senior leadership is present.
