Senior Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in financial management and reporting who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and driving business performance.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of annual budgeting processes to align with organizational goals.
• Oversee month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses to support decision-making processes.
• Manage cash flow forecasting to ensure the organization’s liquidity and financial health.
• Collaborate with teams to establish and refine budgetary controls and processes.
• Utilize SAP to streamline financial operations and reporting.
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to enhance profitability.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Act as a key advisor to leadership on financial strategies and risk management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial systems and workflows.

• Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.

• Commercial finance experience.

• Manufacturing experience.

• Expertise in month-end close processes and financial reporting.

• Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting and related financial strategies.

• Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

• Strong communication skills to effectively present financial insights to stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
