Senior Brand Copywriter

Robert Half is partnering with a leading global technology and entertainment company to hire a Senior Copywriter for their brand partnerships team. In this role, you’ll craft impactful, cobranded campaigns that span digital, video, and experiential platforms—from initial pitch to final execution.

Location: Santa Monica, CA (onsite, 5 days/week)

Duration: 6-month contract

Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: $55–60/hour

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop compelling narratives and creative copy that elevate both partner brands and premium entertainment content. The ideal candidate is a versatile writer with exceptional storytelling skills, deep experience across writing styles, and expertise in multi-platform content creation. Strong video script writing ability is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Solutions Managers, and Producers to deliver customer-focused creative solutions that meet advertiser objectives.
• Write engaging copy across multiple digital touchpoints, including websites, streaming platforms, voice, and interactive media.
• Develop video scripts for a wide range of formats, from :60 commercials to longer-form content.
• Craft clear, impactful messaging for pitch presentations, campaign materials, and client deliverables.
• Present creative concepts and copy solutions to internal stakeholders, clients, and agency partners.
• Ensure writing excellence across all deliverables while managing multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• Write within intellectual property and production constraints while maintaining creativity and clarity.
• Contribute to the development and documentation of creative and writing processes.
• Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring all content aligns with business and brand objectives.

About the Team:

This team creates one-of-a-kind brand campaigns and activations for global advertisers. Leveraging a wide ecosystem of digital platforms and emerging technologies, they develop innovative, high-impact campaigns that engage millions of customers worldwide across digital and real-world experiences.

Qualifications:

• 7 years of professional copywriting experience, ideally within advertising, media, or branded content.
• Strong conceptual writing skills with proven ability to translate strategy into compelling messaging.
• Deep expertise in video script writing and multi-platform content development.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience presenting creative work to stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and highly self-reliant with strong attention to detail.
