Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Participate in department-wide initiatives to support organizational goals.

• Maintain corporate accounting standards by supporting business partners and addressing special requests as needed.

• Create monthly consolidated profit and loss statements and balance sheet flux analyses for management reporting.

• Manage and execute ad-hoc projects to address organizational needs.

• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to coordinate quarterly reviews and testing.

• Oversee monthly accounting close procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting tasks.

• Evaluate and enhance automation processes within accounting and reporting systems to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.

• Familiarity with corporate accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Experience preparing financial statements and conducting reconciliations.
