Responsibilities:
• Oversee month-end closing processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to uphold financial integrity.
• Prepare and post journal entries in compliance with accounting standards.
• Conduct detailed account reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Manage bank reconciliations to ensure alignment with financial statements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support audits and financial reviews.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Implement and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Proficiency in managing month-end close processes and general ledger activities.
• Solid understanding of journal entries and account reconciliation techniques.
• Strong expertise in handling bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
• Familiarity with accounting software and tools for efficient operations.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
