Data Reporting Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in Columbia, South Carolina. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting to support organizational decision-making. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position, offering an opportunity to grow within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data to create clear and actionable reports for leadership.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, to manage and present data effectively.
• Collaborate with leadership to articulate data insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Manage help desk tickets using Spiceworks, resolving technical issues and addressing end-user concerns.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
• Support the implementation of measurable objectives to improve productivity and outcomes for counseling services.
• Serve as the sole data reporting analyst, requiring strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate with external IT resources to address technical needs and maintain system efficiency.
• Provide data reporting support to a staff of approximately 120, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery.
• Participate in team-building and volunteer events to foster a collaborative workplace culture.
• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Familiarity with data reporting tools and help desk software, such as Spiceworks.
• Strong communication skills to articulate data findings to non-technical leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a small, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes and data compliance standards.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week in Columbia, South Carolina.
