Revenue Operations Analyst

We are looking for a talented Revenue Analyst to join a firm in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will contribute to improving data processes, generating insightful reports, and supporting forecasting activities. The ideal candidate will excel in analyzing financial metrics and possess strong problem-solving skills to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Enhance and maintain the accuracy of organizational data within platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

• Produce detailed performance reports to support sales, marketing, and client success teams.

• Monitor and analyze revenue metrics, client onboarding progress, and other critical business indicators.

• Assist with forecasting and pipeline management by extracting and refining data.

• Collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

• Develop and document processes while ensuring quality assurance for dashboards, tools, and automation.

• Conduct ad hoc analyses and contribute to special projects to address operational challenges.

• Bachelors degree required

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including the use of formulas and pivot tables.

• Experience working with data and familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, or Power BI.

• Strong attention to detail paired with excellent organizational abilities.

• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently or collaboratively.

• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on enhancing client-facing processes.
