Recruiter- 2 days onsite

We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle recruiting and possess a background in real estate or property management. Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies tailored to the needs of the real estate and property management sectors.
• Coordinate and lead college recruitment initiatives to build a pipeline of emerging talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring progress and recruitment metrics.
• Partner with HR and other teams to enhance the overall recruitment experience for candidates.
• Stay informed about industry trends to refine and optimize recruitment strategies.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Background in real estate or property management is preferred.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of hiring processes and strategies.
• Experience with college recruiting initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
