Receptionist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist to join our team in Branson, Missouri. This is a contract position where you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and directed to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage and operate a multi-line phone system, handling inbound calls efficiently.
• Answer and transfer calls across switchboards with up to 10 lines, ensuring accurate communication.
• Maintain an organized and well-kept reception area, including handling incoming mail and deliveries.
• Provide support with general administrative tasks as needed to assist the team.
• Ensure prompt responses to inquiries and escalate urgent matters to the appropriate personnel.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff when required.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and communications.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems, including switchboards with up to 10 lines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-focused attitude with a meticulous and reliable approach.
• Availability for part-time hours as required by the contract position.
• Familiarity with basic office software and tools.
