Accounting Manager

Robert Half is partnering with a growing SaaS and cloud-hosting company in Nashua, NH that is looking to add an Accounting Manager to their team. This role is highly visible within the organization and offers the chance to lead the financial close process, oversee GAAP compliance, and mentor a team while driving process improvements in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; ensure accuracy of financial statements
• Oversee compliance with ASC 606 and SaaS-specific revenue recognition standards
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals
• Ensure GAAP compliance, review journal entries, reconciliations, and account analyses
• Drive process improvements and leverage ERP/automation tools to optimize workflows
• Collaborate with FP& A, revenue operations, procurement, and external auditors
• Provide accurate financial reporting and SaaS KPIs
  

Ideal Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus)
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2 years leading a team
• Strong SaaS/ASC 606 knowledge and technical accounting expertise
• ERP experience (Intacct, NetSuite, SAP, or similar); Salesforce/Spiff a plus
• Advanced Excel skills; strong leadership and communication abilities
