Receptionist

We are looking for a skilled Receptionist to join our team in Baxter, Minnesota, on a Contract to permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment where attention to detail and efficiency are key. Responsibilities:
• Answer and manage incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard system, ensuring prompt and detail-oriented communication.
• Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and organized reception experience.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain records and documentation.
• Support administrative functions such as scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to create and update documents, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and communication flow.
• Maintain a clean and orderly reception area to reflect an image of attention to detail.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with a high level of service and focus on accuracy.
• Assist in preparing materials and reports for meetings or presentations as needed.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
• Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and attentiveness.
• Competence in data entry with high accuracy.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
