Starting Pay: $15/hour performance incentives
Your Role
As the first smile our clients see, you’ll help create an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Your responsibilities include:
- Welcoming clients with warmth and professionalism
- Checking clients in and out
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar
- Answering phones, emails, and client questions
- Preparing invoices and processing payments
- Filing and maintaining organized records
- Receiving and organizing inventory
- Keeping the reception area clean, welcoming, and beautiful
- Supporting our team with daily administrative tasks
