About the Role
We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks Online Specialist to provide hands-on support during a critical phase of system optimization and process improvement. This role will focus on system setup, reporting, and training once standard operating procedures (SOPs) are established.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize QuickBooks Online for accurate financial tracking.
- Develop and deliver customized reporting for management insights.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on QuickBooks best practices.
- Manage core accounting functions, including:
- Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Payroll processing (via Gusto)
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Identify and implement process efficiencies to streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with QuickBooks Online setup and reporting.
- Strong understanding of AP, AR, payroll, and general accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Gusto payroll is a plus.
- Ability to create SOPs and train team members effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
