Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough manual testing processes to identify and address software defects.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of testing procedures.
• Perform regression testing to validate fixes and updates across software releases.
• Audit systems and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations.
• Investigate and report suspicious activities, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve overall product quality.
• Create detailed documentation for test plans, procedures, and outcomes.
• Proactively identify testing gaps and implement solutions to enhance quality assurance processes.
• Ensure all software meets functional and performance requirements before release.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance roles, preferably in the mortgage or rental industry.
• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts.
• Experience with regression testing and identifying system vulnerabilities.
• Ability to perform audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Familiarity with suspicious activity reporting and security protocols.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team environment.
