Property Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated Property Administrator to oversee property operations and ensure residents have a positive experience. This contract position is based in Glendale, California, and involves assisting with housing applications, managing property-related issues, and maintaining compliance with policies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in property management and a strong commitment to resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate property condition assessments and promptly address any issues to ensure optimal living conditions.
• Facilitate the processing of Public Housing Agency applications and maintain clear communication with the Housing Authority.
• Conduct outbound calls to manage rent collections and address delinquency concerns.
• Handle resident-related Home Owner Association violations in an organized and efficient manner.
• Regularly review and complete action items from the assigned task lists to maintain smooth operations.
• Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of residential and commercial properties.
• Familiarity with leasing processes and Public Housing Agency applications.
• Ability to use Yardi software for property management tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with residents and external agencies.
