Position Overview
The Marketing Promotion Coordinator will assist in the development and execution of promotional programs in partnership with external media, retail, broadcast, and cross-functional marketing teams. These programs may include live broadcasts, media promotions (TV/radio), regional and national retail campaigns, and sweepstakes.
This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple business units and collaborate with various internal teams on brand initiatives, partnerships, and promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pitch materials and partner proposals for key promotional initiatives.
- Create presentations and recaps in support of Promotions Managers.
- Draft and process contracts based on negotiated terms.
- Complete and submit Contract Summary Sheets (CSS).
- Follow up to ensure timely receipt of executed contracts from partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including:
- Brand Strategy
- CRM
- Public Relations / Public Affairs
- Social & Digital Marketing
- Corporate Partnerships
- Consumer Products
- Integrated Promotions Teams
- Ensure that all promotional activity aligns with broader strategic and operational goals across business units.
- Coordinate logistics for media events and remotes, working closely with special events and operations teams.
- Provide cross-functional support for extended marketing and promotions teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience working with media partners, agencies, and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of creative development and consumer insights.
- Background in marketing, advertising, business affairs, or broadcast communications preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and execute campaigns on strategy, within budget, and on schedule.
- High attention to detail and strong accountability.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments; proactive and adaptable.
- Passion for branded entertainment, experiences, and consumer-facing campaigns.
