Project Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in managing construction projects by coordinating schedules, monitoring budgets, and ensuring seamless communication among stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the coordination of construction project schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
• Use tools like Smartsheet to track project progress and manage updates.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Collaborate with vendors to maintain strong relationships and ensure quality outcomes.
• Develop and manage comprehensive construction schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
• Facilitate the delivery of materials and resources in accordance with project timelines.
• Assist in resolving issues that arise during project execution to maintain smooth operations.
• Proven experience in project coordination, particularly in construction projects.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and vendors.
• Ability to monitor budgets and track expenses with attention to detail.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with construction scheduling and managing timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
