Project Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team in Irvine, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting project workflows, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at managing organizational tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Coordinate team meetings and communicate updates, changes, or issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Document meeting notes, distribute them to team members, and track progress on assigned tasks.
• Support construction project workflows by overseeing timelines and monitoring deliverables.
• Assist in creating and maintaining master schedules for project planning.
• Scan and organize project-related documents to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project management processes are followed effectively.
• Identify potential challenges and contribute to solutions that optimize project success.
• Proven experience in managing project timelines and schedules.
• Familiarity with construction project workflows and processes.
• Ability to create and maintain master schedules for multiple projects.
• Proficiency in scanning and document organization tools.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to track and monitor progress effectively.
• Previous experience in a project assistant or similar role is preferred.
