Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer with proven experience in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and PowerPoint to develop engaging, effective learning solutions. The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and a clear communicator, able to translate complex concepts into learner-friendly content and deliver polished presentations to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
- Create visually compelling and instructionally sound presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Conduct needs analyses to identify training gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, assessments, and other instructional materials.
- Present learning solutions and design recommendations to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
- Ensure all training materials align with learning objectives, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Mandatory expertise in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate design concepts to teams and leadership.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, including layout design, animation, templating, and visual storytelling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience designing eLearning or blended learning solutions.
- Solid understanding of instructional design theories, adult learning principles, and eLearning best practices.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with LMS administration or SCORM/xAPI publishing.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
