Presentation Instructional Designer

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer with proven experience in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and PowerPoint to develop engaging, effective learning solutions. The ideal candidate is both a creative thinker and a clear communicator, able to translate complex concepts into learner-friendly content and deliver polished presentations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Create visually compelling and instructionally sound presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Conduct needs analyses to identify training gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, assessments, and other instructional materials.
• Present learning solutions and design recommendations to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
• Ensure all training materials align with learning objectives, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.

Required Qualifications:

• Mandatory expertise in Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate design concepts to teams and leadership.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills, including layout design, animation, templating, and visual storytelling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of experience designing eLearning or blended learning solutions.
• Solid understanding of instructional design theories, adult learning principles, and eLearning best practices.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LMS administration or SCORM/xAPI publishing.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
