The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and expertise in managing payroll processes while assisting in recruiting and onboarding activities.Responsibilities:• Process full-cycle payroll for employees in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.• Handle multi-state payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for payroll management and reporting.• Manage payroll for a workforce exceeding 500 employees, maintaining precise records and documentation.• Support HR functions such as recruiting and onboarding new employees.• Maintain and update employee payroll records with high accuracy.• Collaborate with other departments to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll regulations.• Assist with the implementation and use of payroll systems, including Paylocity and Central Reach.• Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency in payroll operations.
