Part-time Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for a dedicated Part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Saint Louis, Missouri. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an opportunity to support a growing finance team while working in a flexible hybrid environment. Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage vendor documentation and prepare 1099 tax reporting as needed.
• Serve as a key point of contact for vendors and internal team members, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong communication.
• Assist in processing invoices, securing necessary approvals, and facilitating payment workflows.
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
• At least 2 years of recent experience in accounts payable roles.
• Proficiency in handling 1099 tax reporting and related documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Associate’s degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities.
