A well-established, client-focused law firm is seeking a skilled Estate Planning Paralegal to support its expanding estate planning practice. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering stability, professional growth, and a collaborative work environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Draft and prepare estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives)
- Organize and maintain client files and case documentation
- Coordinate document signings and manage follow-up communications
- Liaise with clients, attorneys, and financial professionals
- Assist with probate filings and related legal procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in estate planning or probate law
- Paralegal certificate or associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice software (e.g., Clio, MyCase)
