Operations Specialist

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our team in Berkeley, California, on a long-term contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize operational processes while managing key systems and platforms. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in order fulfillment, team leadership, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide the Dealer and Customer Service Team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Manage order processing workflows, outbound logistics, and related operational systems.
• Utilize platforms such as Amazon Vendor Central and Walmart Supplier Link to oversee B2B operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to address and resolve order-related challenges.
• Develop team capabilities to handle complex customer and dealer requirements effectively.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in operations.
• Maintain and update order management systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless operations.
• Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all operational activities.
• Proven experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Supplier Link, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• At least two years of leadership experience in team management and process improvement.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other order management tools.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and interpret operational data to drive informed decisions.
• Familiarity with call center metrics and consumer banking processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of the credit card and consumer lending industries is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities.
