Operations Processor

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Processor to join our team in Latham, New York. This is a long-term contract position offering a dynamic opportunity to contribute to operational efficiency and ensure the accuracy of financial processes. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Process and address department requests in company ticketing system to ensure timely resolutions.

• Manage card operations, including adjustments, orders, and associated tasks.

• Create and maintain spreadsheets to monitor and analyze operational data.

• Utilize Excel formulas and functions to support reporting and reconciliation activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve card service issues accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure precision and attention to detail in all operational processes.

• Assist with account resolution tasks to maintain compliance and operational standards.

• Perform data entry tasks to support various accounting functions.

• Contribute to operational support initiatives to improve workflows and processes.

• Uphold quality standards in all aspects of financial and operational processing.

• Proven experience in account resolution and debit card operations.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including applying formulas and functions.
• Solid background in data entry and operational support.
• Familiarity with accounting functions and processes.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working with ticketing systems such as Jira is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to track, analyze, and resolve operational issues.
