Marketing Communication Manager Advanced (>6 years)

Directs market messaging activities and supervises marketing staff. Requirements include all of those listed for marketing/communications manager but with more extensive work experience within each function. Requires excellent communication analytical and managerial skills an MBA degree is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Reorganize and update content on end user facing website hosted on Confluence. Edit /improve existing content for clarity and consistency
.• Articulate complex technology explanations and instructions in easy-to-understand language, appropriate for target audience, in various documentation types including, but not limited to, online help, user guides, position papers, frequently asked questions, PowerPoint Presentations
• Manage a publishing workflow tracking revisions and getting required approvals.
• Create a basic introductory package explaining program objectives and execution
• Document program related processes• Work collaboratively with technologists and subject matter experts across the organization to develop materials
